Interfaculty sports competitions have started at Sumgayit State University within the framework of the “Year of Urban Planning and Architecture”. On April 11, a table tennis competition was held with the participation of 7 teams consisting of students of the university and Sumgayit State Technical College, jointly organized by the Student Trade Union Committee and the Sports Club. The competition, which was organized in accordance with international rules and consisted of three rounds, was held in a tense and interesting competition. According to the results of the competition, the team of the Faculty of Natural Sciences took first place, the team of the Faculty of Mathematics took second place, and the team of the Faculty of Engineering took third place.
