Modern teaching approaches to logic issues discussed at the university
On April 21, a seminar on the topic “Application of Logic Problems and Modern Approaches” was held by the Department of Mathematics and Informatics Teaching Technology. Head of the department, associate professor Meftun Heydarova opened the seminar with an introductory speech, spoke about the purpose of the event and said that in accordance with the new curriculum of the department, the subject “Logic Problems” is taught as an elective subject. Seminars organized in this direction make a significant contribution to more effective mastering of the new subject and the development of students' analytical thinking skills. The associate professor wished success to the work of the seminar and gave the floor to the moderator and speaker of the event, teacher of the department, Vusala Mammadova. Vusala Mammadova made a presentation and provided extensive information about the concept of logic, the history of the evolution of logic, the subject of the subject, modern approaches and the role of logic in artificial intelligence. She also touched upon topics such as the application of logic problems in teaching, the possibilities of using innovative methods and modern pedagogical approaches. In the seminar, which was held in an interactive format, various logic problems were presented to the participants and their solutions were discussed. As part of the event, an interesting scene called “Decision in the Labyrinth” was also shown in the students’ presentation. At the end of the seminar, the Dean of the Faculty, Associate Professor Khalida Hasanova made a speech and emphasized that the event was organized at a high level. She expressed her gratitude to the university administration for the support provided in organizing the seminar. She noted that such events make a significant contribution to the expansion of scientific knowledge and the development of students. Then, a letter of appreciation was presented to Vusala Mammadova and she was wished success in her future activities.
